John 1:13

English Standard Version

13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. (Joh 3:3; Joh 3:6; Jas 1:18; 1Pe 1:3; 1Pe 1:23) 

New International Version

13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God. 

New International Reader’s Version

13 To be a child of God has nothing to do with human parents. Children of God are not born because of human choice or because a husband wants them to be born. They are born because of what God does.
